The room was quite spacious with comfortable beds. the provided linens felt soft and clean. i appreciated the bathroom's heated floor. It added a touch of luxury. i also found the location very central.

There were some issues with noise, especially at night downstairs. the breakfast buffet was not amazing. It lacked variety. i also missed having air conditioning in the room.

central location comfy bed

The location is great. i could easily walk to many attractions and the main transportation hubs were nearby. the shower bath was also quite relaxing and the bed proved very comfy. It helped me unwind after a day.

i noticed a small detail, there were only two tea bags provided for two people during my two-day stay. perhaps a few more would enhance the experience

Adequate stay in a central location

central location helpful staff bathroom size unfriendly boy early checkin street bench

The location was really central (easy to walk to many attractions). The staff was helpful. The bathroom size was good for the size of the hotel.

The boy at checkin wasn't that friendly. I asked if it was possible to check in a little early because i was jet lagged. I was told to sit outside on the bench in the street and wait (it felt a bit embarrassing).

Ideal City Center Stay

My room included two twin beds, very comfortable. A fridge held complimentary water bottles. The modern bathroom had a rainfall shower. The hotel location was central, near transportation options and attractions. I also liked the cozy bar in the hotel.

The lift was quite small, that presented a challenge with larger suitcases.

Breakfast offered a good choice. There were fresh fruits, including apples. Rührei was tasty and well-prepared. The dining area seemed clean and well kept.

Staff at the reception were very kind. Elena was particularly professional. She was very helpful throughout my stay. I greatly appreciated the available assistance.

The bathrooms was good, I would say. There were fans available for the warm days. A little fridge held welcome water. The hotel is very modern and clean.
